Fans in Hollywood got a little treat last night, courtesy of Young Jeezy. The Thug Motivation rapper took the stage on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to perform one of his Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition standouts "I Do," as well as a more recognized and well received single, "Lose My Mind."
His new album is due out in only five days, on December 20.
