So here's the deal: two years ago, Snoop Dogg performed at a club in Beirut, Lebanon. And during the after-party, the West Coast O.G. smoked some weed. You know, just like he raps about, probably does every-damn-day, and can be seen doing in numerous videos and photos on the Internet.
But this was much to the chagrin of the concert's promoter, who claims his reputation was ruined by the incident following an investigation by Lebanese authorities. Dude also said that he was supposed to be Snoop's representative for shows in the Middle East, but that apparently fell through.
As such, the promoter is requesting that Snoop fork over $280,000 and perform two more shows in Beirut. If he doesn't, the promoter said he'll take legal action.
