Bow Wow recently became a father, and now reports are surfacing that say he was very late to the hospital, finally taking part in his baby daughter Shai's life after six days. His baby mother was so mad that she didn't put his name down on the birth certificate.
A judge will have the final say as whether to put his name on the document or not.
