Although Lupe's album Lasers did well commercially, it was a well known fact that he had some issues throughout the process. The bitter taste in his mouth isn't stopping Lu from moving forward, though. He told Billboard that he's already in the studio working on his next album. There's no title or release date to speak of, but it sounds like he's learning from the past and keeping things positive.
"It's really taking the lessons I learned from Lasers, and applying that to Food & Liquor. That's really it."
