The prestigious news magazine officially published their biggest yearly list this week and two of this year's best new artists can say, "Momma, I made it!" Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars are amongst TIME Magazine's 100 most influential people in the world.
The '100' list is made up of artists and activists, reformers and researchers, heads of state and captains of industry. The pop singers join the list with President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Hilary Clinton, and Oprah Winfrey.
