We were positive that Willow Smith was going to be this year's youngest breakout star once we heard "Whip My Hair" and now we're almost positive that she'll take the top spot. The 10-year-old Roc Nation superstar is following up her edgy hit single "Whip My Hair" with the dance floor ready "21st Century Girl," dubbed as her second single from her not-yet-announced debut album. It's Willow randomly emerging from the ground of a desert with a suspicious old lady, then she is joined by her crew and a pack of wolves (literally) in which they break into crazy dance moves. We'll let you witness this one for yourself. She says she's really feeling like she can take over the world—and we don't blame her.
