Stayve Jerome Thomas aka Slim Thug has been sued by Clarence Evans, who is claiming the rapper pistol whipped him during a business meeting. Evans also says he was robbed and beaten by members of Slim's entourage and is suing for medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages and physical disability, amongst other things.
The lawsuit was filed at the District Court of Harris County, Texas on March 18.
