A burglary suspect who was known for wearing a blue dinosaur onesie while committing crimes in Nashville, Tennessee has been arrested.

TMZ reports that 23-year-old Elijah Samuel Morris has been charged with aggravated assault, theft of property, theft of a firearm, evading arrest, felony probation violation, possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony, and felon in possession of a gun.

Morris was apprehended after a recent crime spree. On Wednesday, police say they received a call about vehicles being burglarized. Officers later came upon Morris, who had two flat tires. When he saw their sirens, he took the police on a car chase, before abandoning his car in a parking lot and running away on foot.

Officers finally arrested Morris as he was attempting to get into a second vehicle. According to police, he also had in his possession a gun that was reported stolen in Louisville.

Morris had been evading cops since January when he allegedly burglarized both a home and vehicle in the onesie. The charges he’s facing from Wednesday’s arrest are separate. And in addition to the thefts, he has also been identified as a suspect in a fire in Nashville from December—and he might get hit with aggravated arson charges.

WKRN reports that Morris was convicted of aggravated assault in September 2021 after he attacked and strangled his girlfriend.

He’s currently being held on a $171,000 bond.
