Hulk Hogan's sex tape scandal seemed to finally be burned from our memory. But in a strange update, Hogan and his legal team appear to be seeking further litigation for the incident. Tampa's ABC Action News reported that the former WWE wrestler has filed a defamation lawsuit against three radio personalities, citing that they were involved in the "stealing, disseminating, using and exploiting illegally-recorded video."

Hogan is suing radio jocks Mike "Cowhead" Calta and Matt "Spiceboy" Loyd, at the Bone radio show where his former friend Bubba "the Love Sponge" Clem was also a radio host. If you need a refresher, Hogan's 2007 sex tape, filmed by Clem, in which he was shown having sex with Clem's wife, was obtained and leaked by Gawker Media. Hogan successfully won his lawsuit against Gawker, but when the media company went bankrupt and was eventually sold, it became unlikely that Hogan would receive his $100 million payout.

Calta and Loyd have failed to get the case dismissed by a Pinellas County court judge, and the judge's latest ruling has ordered the radio hosts to respond to Hogan's claims within 20 days. Hogan is seeking damages for an unspecified amount, claiming the scandal tarnished his 35 year wrestling career. Possibly so, brother, but that racist rant that came out soon after your naked wrestling movie probably didn't help much either.
