A four-year-old boy found himself at the center of a viral video this week when his father recorded him being confused about a woman resting her bare feet on his airplane seat. Before takeoff.
Darryl Small and his son Rodney were on a flight from Houston to Florida when his son noticed something out-of-place on his armrest.
The clip, which can be viewed above, shows the boy looking back at the space between his seat and the plane window, telling his dad about the woman with her feet in his personal space. "There are stinky feet behind me," the boy tells his father. "It's a lady!" he says in shock.
The camera then pans to his dad, who has lost it at this point, dying laughing. The four-year-old approaches the stinky foot, looks through the space between their seats, and asks the woman straight up, "why you got your feet behind me?"
While speaking to Unilad, Darryl said that his son knew the foot wasn't supposed to be there, and adults often avoid confrontation. "As a child he knew that putting your foot in someone else’s space was not kind at all. Although we don’t believe the lady intended to invade his space he reacted the way anyone else would react," Darryl said. "Sometimes adults hold back with confronting others to keep the peace but as a child he voiced his concerns and his facial expressions and reaction made it hilarious."
Naturally, the internet was quick to join in on the joke, and low-key shame that random woman for whipping her feet out period.
