Tomi Lahren tried to go after Beyoncé on Twitter and failed.

On Tuesday night, the taping for the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year Show was held in New York. Colin Kaepernick got a special surprise when Beyoncé presented him with the SI Muhammad Ali Legacy Award for his decision to kneel during the national anthem to protest police brutality, as well as everything he's done since to spread awareness.

Beyoncé's speech thanked Kaepernick for his courage to combat racial injustice and become the face of a new movement:

"We're still waiting for the world to catch up. It's been said that racism is so American, that when we protest racism, some assume we are protesting America. So, let's be very clear. Colin has always been very respectful of the individuals who selflessly serve and protect our country and our communities and our families. His message is solely focused on social injustice for historically disenfranchised people. Let's not get that mistaken."

Kaepernick said in his speech that his platform is for the people.

None

All of this sounds positive, right? Well, not to Tomi Lahren, who tried to go at Beyoncé with another ill-advised tweet.

Police-hating Beyoncé presents police and America-hating Kappy with a “legacy” award. This is how far we’ve fallen. Wow. pic.twitter.com/KIe6IqEQey

After criticizing Kaepernick on Thanksgiving, you think she’d chill out a bit. This latest message got the Beyhive buzzing, swarming her mentions with responses.

The Beyoncé jealousy is real. 😂 Perhaps because she is a beautiful, successful, talented woman and isn't on her parent's insurance?
How far we’ve fallen was obvious November 8, 2016.
You keep mentioning Beyoncé why? You'd think you have more important issues to worry about. She's never said a single word or thing about you lady. Lmao
Good to see you're drinking all of the #FauxNews Kool-aid these days. Beyonce & Kaepernick have been very clear that they respect the police. What they protest is the continued racial inequality & unjustified homicides of black men and women at the hands of too many officers.
They dont hate police and they dont hate America. They hate the injustices in our society that mainly affects Minorities in this country. Why dont you get that?

"Police-hating Beyoncé"

Criminally dishonest. You are not a journalist, you are a propagandist.

Enjoy infamy.
Beyoncé has more class in her finger than you ever will, Tomi. #Beyonce
Watch Bey catch some shit for giving a speech and awarding Kaepernick. I can already hear Tomi Lahren now. “Beyoncé, you presented an award to someone who did a disgusting and distasteful act against this country’s flag.” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
These two have more talent and integrity than you could ever dream of #jealous
Who else is waiting to see Tomi turn bright red from Beyonce presenting Colin with the Muhammad Ali award? I can't wait. 🍿
Wow... practicing your freedom of speech is “America Hating” to u while regulating firearms which kills thousands on Americans each year is not ! Never understood your logic @TomiLahren
Listen Timmy don't be upset that Beyoncè has more beauty and class in one of her extensions than you have ever had. 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝👑🐝
Can we say #FakeNews. Neither Beyoncé nor Kaepernick hate police or America. They are speaking out about a Race of people being treated unfairly by the “justice” 😒😒 system.
In the mean time @Beyonce is living her best life being booked & busy! pic.twitter.com/2avx8J7kKC

Maybe weigh the consequences before you go after the Queen?
