Host of The Burger Show and founder of famed LA restaurant experience Eggslut, Alvin Cailan is making his first trip to Australia next weekend.
Cailan will be in town for The Burger Expo, a massive event at Sydney’s Moore Park, where true burger aficionados will experience the best burgers from across Australia, live music, a chilli competition, and more.
Some of Australia’s best burger restaurants, including Sydney’s Burger Head, Loaded by BL, Happy Ending and Burger Point, Brisbane’s Mondaze and Monroe’s of Melbourne, will be collaborating with Alvin to create six exclusive burgers that will only be available at The Burger Expo.
