Earlier this month, a 33-year-old woman from New Jersey named Claire was interviewed by Vice for her viral running routes. She would dliberately run routes resembling penises, claiming she did it once accidently, and then just kept it going because she thought it was funny. BuzzFeed News have since published a follow-up article after L.A. writer and comedian Claire Wyckoff said the other Claire had stolen her "dick run" idea.

This penis plagirism clearly didn't sit right with Wyckoff, who subsequently changed her name on Instagram to 'og_dick_run_claire.' "She did a hand job run, and I was like, bitch you stole my hand job," Wyckoff told BuzzFeed. "It feels like somebody is stealing my idea."

There's definitely something supicious going on: Wyckoff posted her 'hand job dick run' on April 15, 2017, while 'dick_run_claire' posted her very similiar route on Nov. 13, 2018. "I think we should have a dick run-off," Wyckoff said when speaking with BuzzFeed. "A dickathlon."

The New Jersey Claire, meanwhile, claims she was never aware of the original dick runner. "I think there's enough roads out there for all of us to dick run to our hearts content," she told Refinery29.
