Self-proclaimed “King of Instagram,” Tony Toutouni has filed suit against Instagram model Deyana Mounira after claiming Mounira sexually aroused his dog Hef during an April 14 photo shoot.

According to Newsweek, Toutouni filed suit with the Pirnia Law Group and alleged Mounira stimulated his Russian royal terrier’s genitals during an event he hosted for photographers and models. Mounira posted a video of the encounter to her Instagram feed, which you can see above. She maintains Toutouni instigated things by commanding the dog to jump on her, and a separate video posted by TMZ on April 28 features someone off camera yelling “Fuck her” while the dog is on its rear legs pawing at her (Mounira claims it was Toutouni who shouted the comment).

Another point of contention appears to be the public posting of the video itself. Per TMZ, Toutouni’s legal team said, “Ms. Mounira was explicitly told not to post any videos of Hef as it reflects poorly on my client who is a public figure.”

Toutouni is reportedly suing for damages related to negligent misrepresentation, fraudulent deceit, negligence, fraud/intentional misrepresentation, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Mounira alleges Toutouni verbally and sexually harassed her during the course of the shoot.
