As we previously reported, Howard University confirmed that they had fired six employees after a whistleblower took to the internet to allege that staff members had stole $1 million in funds from the school. The news spread like wildfire on Twitter Wednesday, with many users weighing in on the controversy and the role of student employee Tyrone Hankerson in the scandal. Now, it would appear as though Howard students have taken matters into their own hands.

As per a tweet from the Spotlight Network, “The Official Page of Howard University’s student run network,” Howard students have stormed the administration building.
