A Georgia teacher was arrested on Sunday after allegedly groping a 15-year-old student, and asking him via Snapchat to "send nudes." The alleged victim claims that former Woodland High School orchestra teacher, Ryan Harvey, 24, started interacting with him in early September, telling him "you are the only 15-year-old that I would ever f--k with."

The following month, the student alleges that Harvey would occasionally share random videos of himself on Snapchat before sending a direct message with the heart emoji and a caption saying, "Send nudes." Harvey followed that message with another one that said, "That wasn't for you," and delivering a follow-up that read, "That WAS for you."

In November, the alleged victim was once asked to stay after school to "do the thing" as Harvey made a gesture insinuating oral sex. That same month, the student was allegedly groped by Harvey on two separate occasions, and received a photo of his teacher in a bathroom wearing a pink underwear and nothing else. When the kid's phone privileges were taken away, Harvey blocked him on Snapchat, saying "I'm sorry for blocking you on Snapchat. I just knew you were getting your phone taken, and I didn’t want any problems with your mom."

Harvey was initially placed on administrative leave while the school conducted an investigation. However, the teacher resigned two weeks prior to his arrest. He's facing several charges, including aggravated child molestation, sexual battery, and solicitation of sodomy. He is currently being held in custody, and will make his next court appearance on March 6.
