Former Mexican President Vicente Fox is not afraid to tell Donald Trump how he really feels. In a satellite interview with CNN last year, Fox said that "we'll never pay for that fucking wall," in reference to Trump's promise to build a wall between U.S. and Mexico that would be paid for by the latter country. But in case you didn't hear it the first time, Jordan Klepper brought him onto his Comedy Central show The Opposition to say it in person on American TV: "I'm not paying for that fucking wall," said Fox, who surprised the audience with his appearance.

Klepper and Fox then sat down for an interview where Fox threw a few more jabs toward Agent Orange while defending the millions of Mexicans against Trump's words. "[Mexicans] are the most respectful, hard-working, decent people that have contributed to the greatness of this nation," he said. "He [Donald Trump]offended us, gravely."

Fox also brought his passionate thoughts to Twitter earlier this month.

TRUMP, when will you understand that I am not paying for that fucken wall. Be clear with US tax payers. They will pay for it.

But when Klepper asked if that's a way for a Head of State to act, Fox, who served from 2000 to 2006, quipped with a clever answer. "Not for a president but it is for a former president," he said. Fox also said Trump "should be more presidential" and "more serious" before adding that Trump is "only a mediocre businessman."

And it seems that he might be a mediocre wall-builder too, since there have been some challenges in the construction of it.

Check out the interview in the clip above. Fox comes in around the 2:00 mark.
