You might want to postpone your New Year health kick for about a month or so because IHOP is back with its “most requested promotion.”

In celebration of its 60th anniversary, the iconic chain has launched its “All You Can Eat” Pancakes deal at locations nationwide. The special will allow guests to stuff their mouths with IHOP’s world-famous buttermilk pancakes until they’re on the verge of a food coma. Perhaps the best part of this promotion is that it only costs $3.99 per dine-in visit. If you’re a pancake fan who knows how to time things right, you might be able to cover a day’s worth of meals in just one sitting—or you can at least have fun trying.

The highly anticipated promotion kicked off this Tuesday and will continue through Feb. 11. Those who take advantage of the deal have two options: They can get a full stack of five pancakes, or a short stack of two pancakes with a combo plate of eggs, hash browns, and their choice of breakfast meat. Of course, unlimited additional short stacks will follow the initial serving.

“There's no better way to celebrate the start of our 60th year in business than by offering our guests stacks and stacks of our world-famous Buttermilk pancakes at a great price,” Brad Haley, Chief Marketing Officer at IHOP, said in a press release. “Golden, fresh-off-the-griddle Original pancakes are the main reason why the International House of Pancakes has stood the test of time and grown to become one of America's largest Family Dining restaurant chains. So, as a big thank you to all of our guests, we're offering as many of our signature menu item as you can eat for just $3.99. It's kind of a birthday present for everyone to kick-off 2018!”

No, thank you, IHOP.
