Wild Video Shows Woman Slip Out of Handcuffs and Steal Cop Car

This woman somehow escaped handcuffs to jack a police vehicle in Texas.

I'd imagine that, for most Americans, being arrested and placed into the back of a cop car might be some of the most frightening shit ever. We might want to say we'd Incredible Hulk ourselves out of the situation, but once they have the cuffs on you, it's a different story. Most Americans aren't like Toscha Sponsler, who found a way to get out of her predicament and gift the world with the lit video up above.

According to The Washington Post, the 33-year-old Sponsler was initially detained for suspicion of shoplifting. She was cuffed, and thrown into the back of a police vehicle.

This is where things get interesting. Somehow, Sponsler was not only able to get her seat belt off, but was able to remove her handcuffs, CLIMB THROUGH THE PARTITION AND GET INTO THE DRIVER'S SEAT, WHICH RESULTED IN HER STEALING THE COP CAR.

Then, in the words of Latarian Milton, Sponsler went on a high-speed chase for 23 minutes, clocking speeds of 100 MPH while she was in hot pursuit. According to the Post, Sponsler could be seen REACHING FOR THE OFFICER'S SHOTGUN during the chase. What a savage.

Of course, Sponsler ended up losing control of the cop car and got tasered by the Lufkin officers. She is being held at the Angelina County Jail with a $18,000 bond, and was hit with charges of (clears throat): "serious bodily injury/threat of a deadly weapon, aggravated assault against a public servant, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest with a vehicle with a previous conviction and unauthorized use of a vehicle."

Salute to her savagery, and for the Lufkin PD for sharing this insane clip.
