Donald Trump didn't have the best night during the final presidential debate, so maybe he could have used a little more help from his campaign advisers. But on the night before Trump called Hillary Clinton a "nasty woman," his advisers weren't advising him—they were reportedly at a strip club with members of the media.

According to Page Six, Trump's team was focusing on poles instead of polls on the night before the third presidential debate in Las Vegas. Trump campaign senior communications adviser Jason Miller, senior adviser and surrogate A.J. Delgado, and deputy communications director Jessica Ditto reportedly hit the strip club with members of the press. The advisers, who work for a campaign obsessed with criticizing the media, were joined by a producer for CNN, an NBC News reporter, an ABC News camera man, and "several" other members of the media.

The Sapphire Las Vegas Strip Club, where they reportedly went, claims to be the largest strip club in the world with "70,000 square feet of topless entertainment and serving the finest variety of cocktails."

While nobody from CNN, NBC, ABC, or the Trump campaign would comment on the report, an anonymous "media insider" told Page Six: "It was a pretty bad idea, especially the day before the final debate. It’s a serious lapse in judgment."

While his advisers apparently hang out at strip clubs with the press, Trump isn't a huge fan of the media:

The news of the strip club excursion comes as Trump is threatening to sue the multiple women who have accused him of sexual assault. Trump isn't a big supporter of the First Amendment, either, and has also threatened to sue publications for reporting on the accusations against him.

Back in August, Trump claimed, "I'm not running against crooked Hillary, I'm running against the crooked media."
