For others, the buildings are luxury residences, which increase the value of the downtown core, and allow the city to further grow. Regardless of your viewpoint, the city's condo market isn't slowing down, reaching a 50% surge in foreign buyers just last year.
Well, it appears as though some local pranksters aren't too pleased with Toronto's condo dominance. Known on their Tumblr page as, Glo'erm & Tuggy, these artists have planted fake development proposals across the city.
