Earlier this month, New Jersey Senator, Cory Booker, sat down with Complex News anchors Nadeska Alexis, Emily Oberg and Jinx to discuss the tumultuous 2016 presidential election cycle, at YouTube studios in New York.

Booker explained that authenticity is one of the most important qualities in a candidate, and he discussed the challenging issues facing Donald Trump and fellow Democrat Hillary Clinton—​including the long road ahead to reform our flawed criminal justice system.
