As soon as the iPhone 7 online pre-order floodgates opened last week, the highly coveted Jet Black model sold out—though you probably already knew that after trying to cop. Apple has more bad news for users: the iPhone 7 Plus is sold out too, and users won't even be able to buy it in stores.

Apple announced the soul crushing news, saying all of the iPhone 7 Plus colors—ICYMI that's Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, and the new matte Black—will not be available for purchase in stores on launch day Sept. 16. But a "limited quantity" of the iPhone 7 will be.

"Beginning Friday, limited quantities of iPhone 7 in silver, gold, rose gold, and black will be available for walk-in customers at Apple retail stores," Apple said in a statement, Business Insiderreported. "During the online pre-order period, initial quantities of iPhone 7 Plus in all finishes and iPhone 7 in jet black sold out and will not be available for walk-in customers. Availability at partner locations for all finishes may vary and we recommend checking directly with them."

For those of you who skipped the Apple keynote which broke down the new features of the iPhone 7 and its larger companion, the iPhone 7 Plus is the one with the two cameras. It starts at $769 for the 32GB model.

Just think about how much worse the people who've been camping out for the iPhone have it. According toMashable, people who were lined up grew angry after finding out that the iPhone 7 Plus won't be available in stores. To hold them over Apple reportedly gave some people, including one man who told Mashable he's been waiting in line for 23 days, $100 gift cards.
