Sarah Silverman set Twitter ablaze after delivering a speech on Day one of the 2016 Democratic National Convention. The comedian, who was a vocal supporter of Bernie Sanders during the primaries, told the crowd she continues to back the senator from Vermont and the movement behind him; however, she has since decided to give her full support to Hillary Clinton come November.

"Hillary is our nominee, and I will proudly vote for her. It’s inspiring! A few years ago she was just a secretary, and now she’s going to be president!," Silverman said. "I am proud to be a part of Bernie’s movement, and a vital part of that moment is making sure Hillary Clinton is the next president of the United States."

Though her declaration was met with many cheers, a good number of Sander supporters responded with opposition, chanting “Bernie! Bernie! Bernie!” And in true Silverman fashion, she couldn’t help but call these people out.

"Can I just say, to the Bernie or Bust people: you're being ridiculous," she said into the mic.

Soon after she went in on the Bernie or Bust movement, people swarmed to social media to express their support as well as frustration for Silverman’s speech.

Cant believe @SarahKSilverman just sold out by endorsing @HillaryClinton. So corrupt. I and @DNC are with @BernieSanders. #DemsInPhilly
