Lily Allen Went to a Party Attended by Rupert Murdoch and Nigel Farage, and Tweeted Photos of Them Hanging out

"Liam Fox ,Murdoch and Farage, breaking bread here."

If you’re a member of the ruling right-wing elite, don’t invite Lily Allen to your parties. The singer — who’s not been afraid of throwing shade at politicians on Twitter in the past — was invited to a garden party by Evening Standard owner Evgeny Lebedev, that was also attended by News Corp owner Rupert Murdoch, Conservative leader candidate Liam Fox, and recently departed UKIP leader Nigel Farage.

She decided to tweet a load of pictures while she was there. And she took no prisoners.

She compared Murdoch to Voldemort.

(Farage has fucking horrible shoes in the photo btw).

She then filmed Farage and Liam Fox getting cosy over lunch.

And this sneaky shot of Murdoch and wife Jerry Hall.

The Guardian asked Allen about it, and she told them that the politicians all rushed over to Murdoch to try and sit near him. Guests were asked not to take photos, but she said that since the tabloids have printed so many photos of her, she thought she’d do the same. She told The Guardian:

His publications have been making money from publishing pictures of me, though.
