A man in the British city of Exeter has been seen exposing himself on more than one occasion near a local cemetery. This creepy flasher gives the clown who broke into a cemetery at night and waved at an onlooking couple a run for his money.
The flasher has been spotted three times by a woman named Sadie Ellicott, a 32-year-old mother of four, according to the Exeter Express and Echo. Citing South West News Service, the Huffington Postalso reported that the alleged flasher has been seen throughout Exeter.
"There's something very strange about him," Ellicott told South West News Service. "He's very creepy, and he looks back at you to make sure you are looking."
Ellicott managed to catch the flasher on camera the last time she spotted him on June 4. The Exeter Express and Echoreported Ellicott saw the man at about 3 a.m. as she was getting off of of her bartending shift.
The video shows a figure walking without in the street. According to Ellicott, the man was naked from the bottom down and wore a black hooded jacket up top. He was described as a late 30s or early 40s white male who has dark hair, is clean shaven, and is of a medium to stocky build.
Police arrived on the scene 10 minutes after Ellicott reported the citing but a suspect was not found.
Ellicott has reportedly given her footage of the flasher to police.
"I want to get the word out to warn other ladies who walk home on their own. I just want him to be caught," she said.
