There's a bit of a spin to this one though: Aisha often interviews one man (or sometimes a woman) per episode who is doing well in some form of a creative field. She'll delves into the nitty gritty with them through unique segments such as "Self-Inflicted Wounds," where she asks each guest to tell a humiliating story about themselves.
