The developer of Titanfall, Respawn Entertainment, is focusing all its energy on the Xbox One version of the game and as such the sadly named old-gen Xbox 360 has a different developer. Bluepoint Games has been revealed as the team that's going to be bringing battling mechs and rocket-powered wall jumps to 360 gamers next month.

Bluepoint is behind such titles as the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, the PlayStation 4 version of Flower, and the PS Vita version of All-Stars Battle Royale. Suffice to say, this developer is a master at porting games. But don't worry gamers you'll still be getting the same game on both old and next-gen Microsoft systems its just some serious tweaks in graphics needed to be made.

Respawn boss Vince Zampella confirmed the launch of the PC and Xbox One beta promising more news “in the coming days” after rumors yesterday that a Titanfall beta would launch on February 14, Valentines Day. No word on a Xbox 360 beta as of yet. Zampella also revealed that Titanfall will not support cross-platform play. Meaning no robot fun times with friends who've upgraded to the Xbox One until you do the same.

Titanfall drops on March 11 in North America exclusively for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC.
