"SimCity" Survey to Find Ways to Keep Users Interested

After a rocky road getting the newest instalment of the SimCity franchise actually working, Electronic Arts, SimCity's publisher, released a survey suggesting several potential features and expansions that might transform the game into something that could possibly bring in more players.

After a launch that was plagued by a always-on DRM policy that just didn't work and a series of huge bugs that caused that game to crash after temporary loss of connection and disappearing cursors, SimCity seems to be groping around in the dark to get user back into what has become a notoriously bungled beta and launch.

If you can actually connect to the servers and play SimCity the game has a lot to offer and can be enjoyable, but more often than not it just doesn't work. While the survey below offers some interesting expansion ideas would you pay more money for a game that is questionably playable?
