What's on the menu: A hint of civilization. Throughout Russia's post-Chernobyl meltdown "Zone," this basement bar is the closest thing to a civilized establishment that you'll encounter. It's nice to get away from the anomalies for a bit, even if you are headed straight for the Arena.
