Photographs of the the rumored "Super-Slim" model PS3 have appeared on Anatel, Brazil's agency of technology. The original image isn't available to the public, but leaked duplicates have appeared on Tecnoblog.
A recent FCC filing from Sony included images revealed schematics for the "4000-series" PS3. The current "slim" PS3 is technically called the "3000-series", and the original was referred to as the "2000-series".
The images show a PS3-labeled device: Unlike the past two PS3 models, the device in question has a ridge texture. The device also appears to ditch the slot-loading disc drive for a more economical top-loading one.
Along with the images, Tecnoblog got their hands on a document from Sony Brazil, which refers to three versions of the device, - CECH-4011A, CECH-4011B and CECH-4011C - indicating that the new PS3 will be available with three different-sized hard drives, 16GB, 250GB, and 500GB.
