"Star Wars: The Old Republic" Free-To-Play Weekend Begins Tonight

Have you been aching to dip your lightsaber into BioWare's massively multiplayer Star Wars: The Old Republic, but haven't amassed enough loose change from shaking down Ewoks for their lunch money? This might be your lucky weekend.

Starting tonight at 12am central time, the MMO is going free-to-play. You can head to swtor.com and sign up for a weekend pass, which lets you level up to 15 and explore Origin World, Capital World, the Fleet, all Warzones, and your first Flashpoint. When the free weekend ends at 2am on Monday, BioWare will save your character, so if you want to start paying at any point in the future you can pick up where you left off.

Are you still playing The Old Republic, or have you gone back to WoW? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
