Street Fighter X Tekken's character roster has had a few leaks before, but five at once almost seems like it's on purpose. Sneaky Capcom!
M. Bison and Xiaoyu were half-revealed previously when their character portraits appeared at the top of a screenshot. But now they, along with Akuma, Jin and Ogre, have been confirmed by the cards included in the Taiwanese collector's edition. The cards even list their moves, so this is pretty much for sure.
Joystiq points out the leak on the Taiwanese site Gamer. How many more characters could there be? Let us know your predictions in the comments or on Twitter.

Although Bison, Jin, Akuma and Ogre were not officially confirmed, Xiayou was. She was in a character trailer released by Capcom, whilst in the article you state that she wasn't officially confirmed.
