Mojang's Humble Indie Bundle "Mojam" Raised $458,228 For Charity

By the time Mojang's Humble Bundle Mojam was over, two other studios—Wolfire and Oxeye—had joined in, and combined they had raised $458,228. It's not quite the $1 million that Notch required before he'd shave his beard, but it's something.

Over 60 hours last weekend, the three developers each created a game live at HumbleBundle.com: Mojang's Catacomb Snatch, Oxeye's Fists of Resistance, and Wolfire's The Broadside Express. The proceeds are going entirely to Child's Play, the American Red Cross, Charity: Water, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

If you didn't donate while the Mojam was underway, well, you might be out of luck—it's unclear whether these games will be released in any other capacities. There's always the chance they'll sneak them in as bonuses with the next Humble Indie Bundle, though.

Did you watch the studios in progress? Did you donate? What do you think of the games? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
