The Push for "Dark Souls" on PC Has Begun

Though Dark Souls and its predecessor, Demon's Souls, have been console exclusives (and Demon's Souls a PS3 exclusive, at that), the push has apparently begun to get Dark Souls ported to PC. Prompted by a post on Namco Bandai's forums, PC gaming site Rock, Paper, Shotgun has called for PC gamers to raise their hands if they'd buy a ported version of the game.

In the forum post, a Namco Bandai staff member said, "There is always possibilities to have games adapted on PC and the good news is that Dark Souls is not a 100% typical Console game so the adaptation is possible. Now to make things happen, let's say the demand has to be properly done. someone to make a successful petition?" [sic]

That prompted RPS's article, which Namco Bandai responded to, saying it's only a rumor and offering no further comment. That doesn't mean it's not going to happen, though, so how's about someone draw up that petition already? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
