Publisher Deep Silver's announced the first DLC for Techland's open-world, tropical zombie game, Dead Island. The "Ryder White" expansion will put players in the role of the eponymous Ryder White, the game's main antagonist, whose backstory will be expanded.
At around $10, it'll contain several hours of gameplay and show the catastrophic events of the main game in a new light and from a new perspective. Also included will be two new blueprints and weapons for your zombie-bashing pleasure.
Dead Island was fairly divisive, with some praising its open-endedness and others condemning its technical issues. Where did you fall in that spectrum? Would you consider getting the DLC? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.

My only problem with the game was all the bugs, other than that I loved it and thought it was really underrated. 90% chance I'll be getting this.
