All that it took was a little bit of Internet outrage and a class action lawsuit or two, and Electronic Arts is ready to make good on their promise to PS3 gamers. EA will now make good on their offer of a free copy of Battlefield 1943 for gamers who purchased the PlayStation 3 version of Battlefield 3.
There is now an official website for PS3 owners to obtain a voucher for the free copy of Battlefield 1943. If you purchased Battlefield 3, you simply need to head over to this sitenand fill out the form on one of the following dates. Europeans gamers can obtain their vouchers beginning on November 26, U.S. gamers on December 10, and Japanese players on December 17. Just make sure that you have activated your Battlefield 3 online pass prior to heading over to the website.
