Gears of War is loved for many reasons. From its duck and cover gameplay to its gritty visuals, we were excited for Gears 3 to finally come out. But if there’s one element that we might love most about the series, it’s those close quarters, chainsaw bayonet, moments where we get to buzzcut some Locust face.

F*ck yeah, you know what we’re talking about. Since the very first game, the chainsaw mounted gun has been one of the major highlights of the series, and we love it. Hell, we love chainsaws in general. And that’s why we made this list. Ruuuuuu Ruuuuuun! (that’s the sound a chainsaw makes. Duh, ya jive turkey).
