Game: Battletoads (NES, 1991)

Inventing the curb stomp LONG before Edward Norton in American History X, the Battletoads had a particularly brutal way of dispatching foes. First, they pounded them into the ground. Second, they kicked them in the face with a giant boot, sending them straight to hell. They may have been knock-offs of the Ninja Turtles, but they definitely kicked more ass.
