Uroboros Albert Wesker
Game: Resident Evil 5
Year: 2009
Wesker has been a Resident Evil boss character for some time now, but his appearance in the most recent one (well, the most recent numbered one) is the most ridiculous yet. First he injects himself with poison and turns into a hideous Frankenstein-ish creature that stalks you. Then he falls into a lava pits, survives, and throws himself at you...only to meet his demise at the hands of your rocket launcher. Let us repeat: He survives a fall into liquid-hot magma, yet a handheld projectile is what does him in. Doesn't anyone believe in consistency anymore?

It's not an anticlimactic ending.. the AI just didnt respond properly.

This wasnt the final boss. the final boss was Deadalus. this was the boss for chicago. But Deadalus was the final Boss for the game.

I remember this fight and I almost smashed my TV until I learned about having to hold the block button at the end. I agree it was totally lame.

Kind of disagree with you on this one. I thought this Final Boss battle was something different and unexpected.

I disagree here. This wasn't really meant to be a "battle" in the true video game sense but more of plot point in the story.
