It's hard to envision a more annoying character in the Street Fighter series than Seth, a copycat fighter whose guttural repartee is more pauseworthy than intimidating. ("Become a part of me!") Keeping with tradition, Capcom opted to make his difficulty spike patently ridiculous (read: he's cheap) for the second round of his final boss fight, making the process of defeating him even more painful.

It's not an anticlimactic ending.. the AI just didnt respond properly.

This wasnt the final boss. the final boss was Deadalus. this was the boss for chicago. But Deadalus was the final Boss for the game.

I remember this fight and I almost smashed my TV until I learned about having to hold the block button at the end. I agree it was totally lame.

Kind of disagree with you on this one. I thought this Final Boss battle was something different and unexpected.

I disagree here. This wasn't really meant to be a "battle" in the true video game sense but more of plot point in the story.
