Bowser's Castle
Game: Super Mario Kart
Year: 1992
Yep, this is it. Bowser's Castle. The most sinister-looking track on this list. The spot where you could fall and burn to death if you handled an apex wrong. Yeah, it's only Super Mario Kart, and it's not as intricate or as detailed as other tracks and games, but this track struck more fear into our widdle hearts than any other we can think of. That's what racing's about: pushing through the fear. LOLZ! Nah, seriously, we can't think of a more fun game than SMK, and this was—and is—our favorite track from the game. Bong.

You are showing wrong video for #28. Rainbow Road on Mario Kart 64, that is the older Super Mario Kart version of Rainbow Road.

Peach Beach was from Mario Kart Wii, not Mario Kart 64. Other than that, nice list!

It's actually from Double Dash for Gamecube and Mario Kart Wii included it as a "retro" track.

Real disappointed not to see any tracks from either 8-bit RC Pro Am or the N64 Pod-Racer game on here. Real disappointed.

Without Iron Man Off Road, California Speed (you race through a computer!), Hydro Thunder, or Metropolis Street Racer this list is a joke.

for the most part i agree with most choices but i thought i'd see a track or 2 from Top Gear 2 which is THE racing game that got me hooked on this genre of games, but oh well ce la vie
