Game: Split Second
Year: 2010
Split Second (as we insist on calling Split/Second: Velocity here) attempted to show you what it's like to be a stunt driver, and for the most part, mission accomplished. Drive through the Airport Terminal and try to make it to the finish line as shit falls and explodes all around you. We don't know why we enjoy driving through airports so much. Maybe it's because JFK and LAX are always so damn congested.

You are showing wrong video for #28. Rainbow Road on Mario Kart 64, that is the older Super Mario Kart version of Rainbow Road.

Peach Beach was from Mario Kart Wii, not Mario Kart 64. Other than that, nice list!

It's actually from Double Dash for Gamecube and Mario Kart Wii included it as a "retro" track.

Real disappointed not to see any tracks from either 8-bit RC Pro Am or the N64 Pod-Racer game on here. Real disappointed.

for the most part i agree with most choices but i thought i'd see a track or 2 from Top Gear 2 which is THE racing game that got me hooked on this genre of games, but oh well ce la vie
