It's the middle of the year, so Complex is looking back at The Best of 2010 (So Far) with a series of features that highlight our favorite stuff from the world of entertainment, fashion, art, and more.

We love nice weather. Spring? Summer? Toes and twos? Yes, please. The thing is, and we're gonna whisper this because we're a little ashamed: we like it when the weather's shitty because it gives us an excuse to play video games. This year has been absolutely astonishing so far for gaming—and before fall rolls around and there's a whole new deluge of awesome to rob us of our free time (read: Medal of Honor, CoD: Black Ops, Gran Turismo 5, Halo: Reach, Little Big Planet 2, and the list goes on and on and on) and make our girlfriends further regret their life choices, we need to take a moment and recognize the 25 games that most monopolized our time and energy. We like to think we're slothful gamers without bias, a self-image borne out by the fact that everything from driving games to RPGs to emo mysteries caught our eye at some point. Whether you're a button-masher and or a knob-fiddler, read on to peep our favorite video games of the first six months of the year...
