In the gaming world, '09 was the year of the sequel, with blockbuster titles like Uncharted 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 topping everyone's lists. THE COMPLEX CO-SIGN: With all the Saw movies hitting theaters (what are they up to, like seven now?) it may seem like the series is getting a little played out. But don't sleep: Zombie and Konami created a video game that definitely breathes new life into the franchise. You wake up as Detective Tapp inside Jigsaw's abandoned insane asylum filled with booby traps and desperate people. Oh yeah—the key to survival is inside of you. Good luck getting out alive!

#24: 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand

THE COMPLEX CO-SIGN: We'll say it now: 50 is the only rapper to ever put out a good video game. Not exactly tough competition, but commend Curtis for recovering from the awful Bulletproof with this title, in which you play as Boo-Boo and G-Unit on a kick-ass mission all over the desert. Revolutionary? Hell no. Fun as fuck? Hell yeah.

THE COMPLEX CO-SIGN: We fuck with Prototype even though it doesn't feel like a full game. Borrowing the whole Jason Bourne "I don't know who I am, but I know I kick ass" theme, the game is more fun when you wander around killing people with your powers (which have a ridiculous amount of upgrades) then for its actual missions. Maybe not the most fulfilling experience, but you expect us to be mad at that?

THE COMPLEX CO-SIGN: While we still cut for Tekken 2 and 3, we got love for the latest installment. Sure, it takes forever to load up and the story mode is kinda weak, but the plot in a fighting game is about as important as it is in a porno. Just fuck somebody up Eddy Gordo style and keep it moving. Done.
