The moment you've all been waiting for is here: Apple has started selling its fourth generation iPads, along with updated iPad Minis.
According to Apple guru Mark Gurman, the iPad Mini is available in both WiFi and WiFI + Cellular, though you can only get them in storage capacities with 32GB for WiFi and 16GB for WiFI + Cellular. The iPad, however, is available in both 16GB and 32GB for both WiFi and WiFi + Cellular.
