In addition to situating DVD booths outside of convenience stores and supermarket chains, Redbox is expanding its kiosk-based movie rental service to unlimited online instant streaming.
For $8, users have unlimited access to streaming movies and T.V. shows, plus four DVD rentals of their choice. Like Netflix, Redbox is also developing streaming apps for iOS, Android and the Xbox 360.
Customers can currently sign up for a free one-month trial of Redbox Instant.
