It’s not everyday a New York congressman gets caught tweeting a scandalous photo of his penis concealed in briefs to a 21-year-old college student. That is unless the official goes by the name of Anthony Weiner. The politician admitted to unintentionally broadcasting the dirty Twitpic to the entire social media universe inadvertently. It did little to save his position in office as Weiner was forced to resign.
