Joseph Campo and Daniel Folwer didn't want to change their grades, they wanted to change the amount in their bank accounts. To do so, the duo created a virus that contained Spector Pro and Poison Ivy keystroke software and spread it onto campus computers. Once personal financial information was retrieved from the virus, Campo began transferring thousands into personal small accounts and into the account of a second student in an attempt to frame him. The scheme was exposed in December of '09. In a panic, the two began threatening potential witnesses on Facebook, and Campo allegedly attempted to sell 90,000 identities for $35,000 to an undercover cop. Both of these fools were indicted one year later by a federal grand jury.
