As the tributes to Apple founder Steve Jobs continue to pour in, count on Stephen Colbert to manage to add a dash of humor and quirkiness to the tragic news, yet make it all seem fittingly respectful. On last night’s The Colbert Report, Stephen thanked Jobs for rewarding his incessant on-air whoring for free Apple product, interacted with a faux “Are You Cooler Than Jay-Z?” iPad App, and then, finally, dropped his schtick for a touch of sincerity.
